The Waiheke Island Retreat by Fearon Hay Architects resides among the dunes rolling into New Zealand’s Matiatia Bay. This quaint tropical retreat is composed of three free standing structures circling a central courtyard. A freestanding pool sits to the side of the property where one can overlook a stunning Auckland sunset.
